摘要 随着社会经济的不断发展,人们生活水平不断提高,越来越多的人们得了所谓的“富贵病”,如高血压、糖尿病等,而现在大多有实力的医院都是以西医为主,对这些疾病在病发时可以迅速缓解病情,但却不能根治,患者必须持续服药,而持续服药的后果是带来更为严重的并发症。与此同时,有不少患者及家属逐渐发现传统的中医对根治这些疾病,减少、杜绝并发症有着非常好的疗效。自2001年以来,我国政府为建立民营医院提供了很多的优惠政策。这一切都为希望医院的建立提供了有利的条件。希望医院是一家以中西医结合为主,治疗慢性疾病的民营医院。希望医院的建立就是要为患者找到正确的治愈方法,减少病患的痛苦,使他们少走弯路。而现在有不少兰州的大型医院的某些科室由于医疗技术不足存在很多长期空置的病房,他们愿意与有技术的民营医院合作。因此希望医院建立初期将选择与其中一家大型医院合作,选择地处经济欠发达却正处于“西部大开发”中的兰州,可以节约大量初创成本。 本文按照商业计划书的编写要求,系统科学地分析该希望医院的确立、实施、运营目标,为今后的创业理清思路、寻找出路。本文从分析所处行业以及医院的基本情况、目标市场细分、发展战略、营销策略、竞争战略、主导产品及服务、组织结构与人力资源管理、财务预测分析以及风险评估等角度出发,对希望医院的创业计划进行全面地、深入地探讨和论证,对各种因素进行综合的考量,为该创业项目的实施及希望医院的健康稳健发展的提供了理论指导和现实参考价值。 希望医院所处行业市场前景广阔,资本投入较少,盈利性很好、回收期短,可行性非常高。目前,希望医院的创立已进入了筹备期,预计2015年5 月开始试运营。有理由相信,希望医院将会得到的经济效益和社会效益的双重回报,拥有一个光明美好的未来。
外文摘要 With continuous improvement of people's living standard, more and more people in China get chronic diseases —— "the Rich’s Diseases", such as high blood pressure, diabetes, etc. However, most powerful hospitals in China are western–style hospitals in which the treatment of theses chronic diseases can be alleviated quickly, but cannot get complete cured. So the patients who have these chronic diseases have got to keep taking drugs, and the consequence of continuing medication may lead to more serious complications. At the same time, more and more people gradually find that traditional Chinese medicine can cure these diseases, and have a very good curative effect to reduce and prevent these complications. Meanwhile the Chinese Government provides many preferential policies to private hospitals since 2001. All of above shows a favorable opportunity for Hope Hospital’s launching. Hope Hospital is a private hospital mainly through combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine to treat chronic diseases. Hope Hospital will try to find the right way to cure these chronic diseases and reduce the patients’ suffering. Nowadays some big hospitals in Lanzhou are short of medical techniques to treat these chronic diseases, but have a lot of empty wards for a long time, and very probably willing to cooperate with private hospitals that have better medical techniques. So Hope Hospital at its initial stage is going to choose to cooperate with one of the largest hospitals, located in Lanzhou, underdeveloped and less competitive, so it can save a lot of start-up cost. This thesis is based on the business plan of Hope Hospital and involved in it’s launching, focusing on its strategy’s building, implementation and operations target. Firstly, the author analyses the internal and external environment of Hope Hospital based on the theories such as PEST, SWOT and Five Forces. And then on basis of the theories STP, 4Cs and risk managements etc. I explore the main problems of this business plan such as target market situation, development strategy, marketing strategy, competitive strategy, leading products and services, organization structure and human resources management, financial forecast analysis and risk assessment, etc. Finally, I draw a logical conclusion to achieve this business plan.
