摘要 岩土工程的加固一直是工程领域最重要的课题之一,新材料及其加固技术的运用为岩土工程带来新的理论和方法,推动了岩土工程学科的发展。近年来,新材料的发明应用在岩土工程领域发展很快,国内外对岩土工程新材料的研究也已经进入一个全新的时代。 但新材料要得到广泛的应用还需要理论验证和实践的检验,本文从治沙工程、文物保护、道路桥梁工程等多学科交叉的角度,以综合性的研究思路,用多方面的研究方法,对近年来岩土工程领域出现的几种新型加固材料—固沙剂SH和LZU系列,文物加固材料PS及道路桥梁加固材料碳纤维补强胶结剂进行了大量的室内外试验研究,对SH和LZU系列固沙剂加固沙体以及野外现场固沙、PS加固土体的性质和碳纤维补强胶结剂加固沙体及混凝土进行了综合研究。对其加固性能做出了一定的结论,并对几种材料的应用做出了进一步的建议。 首先,对SH和LZU系列固沙剂在抗冻融、耐风蚀、耐老化、强度以及粘度等方面进行了大量室内试验研究。为了验证室内试验结果,使固沙剂能够尽快从理论研究走向实践应用,我们在宁夏沙坡头进行了野外现场试验,开辟了多处试验场地,生物及工程固沙相结合,取得了一定的固沙效果。 其次,对PS材料分别进行了加固长城土和故城土的试验研究,对其加固后的强度、抗老化、抗冻融、渗透性、抗风蚀等性能进行了室内试验测试,为PS材料在文物保护加固工程中的应用提供理论参考依据。 最后,对碳纤维补强胶结剂分别进行了加固沙体和混凝土的试验研究,对其加固沙体强度,耐久性等性能指标进行测试,参照其在道路桥梁加固中的实际应用,测试其加固混凝土块的性能。
外文摘要 The reinforcement of Geotechnical Engineering has been one of the most important subjects in engineering. The application of new materials and its reinforce techniques have brought new theories and ways and developed Geotechnical Engineering. In recent years, the invention and application of new materials have developed rapidly, and the researches of new materials have entered a new era. But the broad application of new materials needs a lot of tests theories of practices. This thesis has done many researches indoor or in the open with the materials-solidified materials SH and LZU, cultural relic reinforced materials PS, road and bridge reinforced materials cemented material of carbon fiber, based on multi-disciplinary view from sand-control engineering, cultural relic conservation and road and bridge engineering by general ideas and ways of researches. Through lots of experiments with the sand, earth and concrete reinforced by new materials, we drew the conclusion of capabilities and put forward further advice for the application of the new materials. Firstly, we have done many researches in the capabilities of antifreeze, preventing wind erosion, resisting aging, intensity and viscosity etc. In order to prove the results of tests indoor and put the theory into practice, we have done many tests in Shapotou Ningxia, opened many test fields, combined the biology with engineering, and have got good results. Second, we have done researches on the earth from old Great Wall and old cities reinforced by PS, tested the capabilities of intensity, antifreeze, preventing wind erosion, resisting aging etc, offered basis of theory for the application of PS in cultural relic conservation. At last, we have done researches on the sand and concrete reinforced by cemented material of carbon fiber, tested its capabilities of intensity and persistence etc. According to its practice in road and bridge engineering, we have tested its capabilities of reinforced concrete.
