摘要 随着知识经济时代的到来,越来越多的企业意识到人力资本是企业在市场经济环境下具备竞争力的关键所在。不断完善的企业员工招聘体系是企业在市场竞争中获取竞争优势的重要因素。现如今,人才的竞争在全球范围内愈演愈烈,企业都期望通过招聘来为企业源源不断地输送优质人才,进而推动企业的不断前进发展。员工的招聘和选拔是人力资源管理与开发中的重要基础性工作,它对企业中人力资源的形成、管理、开发等具有至关重要的作用。因此,研究企业的人才招聘优化,对于企业提高竞争力,获得长远、快速发展具有重要意义。 本文以兰州倚能电力集团有限公司为研究对象,根据兰州倚能电力集团有限公司现阶段的员工招聘现状,结合目前公司的企业发展战略及人力资源规划,指出公司现有招聘体系中存在的问题。在此基础上,运用国内外招聘理论及其他相关理论,为兰州倚能电力集团有限公司员工招聘体系提出有效可行的优化建议,即通过优化目前兰州倚能电力集团有限公司员工招聘体系的员工招聘规划、工作分析、员工招聘流程以及招聘体系评估方案,以达到提高公司员工招聘效率、改善员工招聘效果的目的,推动整个人力资源管理工作的发展和完善,最终为实现公司的战略目标做出贡献。
外文摘要 With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, more and more companies realize that human capital is the key to competitiveness of enterprises in the environment of market economy. Constantly improving the employee recruiting system is an important factor for enterprises to obtain a competitive advantage in market competition. Nowadays, talent competition refers to intensifying on a global scale; in addition, recruitment becomes a serious impediment to the rapid development of enterprises. Recruitment and selection of employees is an important basic work in human resource management and development, what is more, it plays a important role in human resources formation, management and development. So that, the study on optimization of enterprises talent recruitment is beneficial to improve enterprises competitiveness, gain continuous, rapid development in long run. Power industry guarantee the prosperity development of social, its development has played a pivotal role in the development of the national economy. This paper studies Lanzhou electric power group co, according to Lanzhou electric power Group Corporation’s staff recruitment status, and this paper combines with the company’s business development strategy and human resources planning, this paper presents the company’s existing recruitment problems in the system. Through domestic and international recruitment theories and other theories learning, this paper sorts and analyzes the relevant information, and this paper proposes effective and practicable optimization recommendations for companies. We expect this paper can help Lanzhou electric power group co, improving the current recruitment system of employee recruitment planning, job analysis, employee recruitment and hiring system assessment. At the same time, we hope that this paper can improve staff efficiency and employee recruitment, promoting the development and improvement of human resources management as a whole, and ultimately it can contribute to the achievement of the strategic goals of the company.
