摘要 钴精炼生产主要使用粗制的碳酸钴或氢氧化钴为原料,近几年来,随着原料成分日益复杂,钴原料浸出后的浸出液过滤日益困难,已成为困扰钴精炼正常生产的重要因素。本论文研究通过加入适量亚硫酸钠作为还原剂,并加碳酸钠调节pH值,使浸出液中形成带正电荷Fe(OH)3胶体,使之与带负电荷的硅溶胶相互吸附形成互相嵌套的大分子颗粒,提高过滤性能的工艺,从而实现高杂粗制原料浸出液的高效快速过滤生产和吸附除杂,提高浸出过滤工序对复杂原料的适应能力和生产稳定性。研究结果表明,该工艺可大幅提高浸出液的过滤性能,过滤速度能够达到生产要求,且产出的铁硅渣可进行二次洗涤处理,从而避免硅铁渣夹带的钴损失,具有很高的生产应用价值。
外文摘要 Cobalt refinery production mainly uses rough-wrought Cobalt carbonate or Cobalt hydroxide as raw material. In recent years, with the increasing complexity of raw ingredients, the filtering of leaching solution by leaching cobalt raw material has become increasingly difficult, which has become an important factor in the normal production of the cobalt refining. In this paper, the technology of improving the filtration performance is discussed, by adding sodium sulfite as reducing agent and sodium carbonate with regulating pH value, the Fe (OH) 3 with positive charge is formed in leaching solution, which attracts silica sol with negative charge each other to generate big molecule. This technology realized high efficiency filtering production of high raw cobalt salt leaching liquor and remove impurities by adsorption enhances adaptability and stability of filtering leaching procedure. The research results show that this technology can greatly improve the filtration properties of leaching solution and have reasonably Filtration speed to meet the production requirements and output iron-silicon slag can make secondary washing process. This technology has high production value to avoid loss of cobalt by entrainment of iron-silicon slag.
