摘要 兰州市区有显著的盆地气候特征,常年具有相对稳定的大气结构,特别是冬季,由于逆温层明显变厚,且冬季多为静风天气,导致兰州市区大气污染物无法扩散。兰州市的大气污染问题,多年来一直受到各级政府和民众的高度重视,由于近年来兰州市政府加大了城市环境保护力度,逐步实施在工业生产与居民生活中使用天然气清洁能源,集中连片供热,建设天然气车辆加气站,对减缓环境空气的污染起到了明显的效果。2010年兰州市工业源总能耗为1308.97万吨标煤,比2001年增加了321.7%,逐年增加了在兰州市区的大气污染的排放量,加重了兰州市区的环境空气污染状况。并且随着兰州市人口增长和经济发展,城市郊区居民小煤炉的使用量快速增长,城市机动车辆也迅速增加,燃煤废气没有得到完全的控制的同时,汽车尾气排放量快速上升,成为兰州市环境空气污染治理的又一大负担。由于大气中可吸入颗粒物上附着有细菌、病毒及其他对人体健康有害的物质,通过呼吸作用进入人体后会在肺部累积,对人体健康有直接危害。 本论文通过研究近13年以来兰州市区环境空气质量的变化趋势、兰州市能源结构的变化情况、兰州市大气气溶胶中阴阳离子浓度变化情况,分析兰州市环境空气的主要污染源,提出解决和改善兰州市大气污染的方法。为兰州市可持续发展,大气污染物综合治理等提供依据。同时也为城市污染减排工作,提供科学的研究成果。
外文摘要 Thick inversion layer, high strength, stable atmospheric structure, is a prominent feature in Lanzhou basin climate, but also caused the important meteorological factors in Lanzhou urban atmospheric pollutants diffusion is not easy in Lanzhou, in winter.The problem of air pollution in Lanzhou, has always been highly valued by all levels of local government over the years,.In recent years,Lanzhou government take some measures to protect the atmospheric environment,that use of natural gas as a clean energy in industrial production and the life of the residents gradually, centralized heating, the construction of natural gas vehicle filling stations, it is the obvious effect on mitigation of atmospheric environmental pollution.With the development of city economy and population growth, the city residents of a small coal stove use is growing rapidly, especially the rapid increase of motor vehicles in the city, which makes the automobile exhaust emissions rise rapidly, and makes the total energy consumption in the industrial source of 13089700 tons of standard coal in 2010, an increase of 321.7%, than 2001 3104000 tons of standard coal, in Lanzhou. Increased emissions of air pollution in the urban area of Lanzhou, and thus increased the atmospheric pollution in Lanzhou city. Because of the atmosphere can be inhaled particles carried in bacteria, viruses, and carcinogens, easily absorbed by the body and deposition in the lungs and direct harm to human health. The paper studies air quality pollution degree and annual change , The change of energy structure, The change of water soluble ions in atmospheric aerosols in Lanzhou from 2001 to 2013. Put forward ways to solve and improve the city's air pollution. Thus to provide scientific basis for the comprehensive prevention, control of atmospheric pollutants and the modernization of the city,Also provide the scientific research achievements for urban pollution reduction.
